How long does it take to setup?

We can generally create a store within one week of the designs/products being agreed upon.

The sooner you let us know you want a store, the more prepared we'll be to give it to you. More notice is, of course, better.

Do you offer name brands like Nike, Under Armour, or Adidas?

YES! You can choose to populate your store with thousands of different products across hundreds of brands. We generally recommend offering three tiers of price points for your audience to choose from.

Can the store have embroidered products?

Absolutely. You can offer multiple designs and imprint placements depending on what you'd like to sell.

How long will it take for customers to receive their products?

For short duration stores (one to two weeks) we produce all the items once the store is closed, and the products will usually be delivered within two weeks of the closure date.

For longer durations, we will produce orders in batches at agreed upon times. Note that this can affect the costs of the individual products. It is generally cheaper to produce larger batches.

How much does it cost the organizers?

We offer webstore setup completely free.

The organizer may need to pay design costs if they have no design yet, or digitization costs if they opt for embroidery. These costs depend upon the design.

Can orders be picked up in store?

This is up to you! We can deliver all orders to a single person (bagged and sorted for your convenience), ship individually, or allow customers to opt-in to picking up their orders at our shop.
